I am a motivated economist currently wrapping up my PhD from the Department of Economics, Tulane University. I am currently on the job market focussing on public policy and other non-academic jobs. I am an applied microeconomist, and my research interests include household economics, labor, employment and health economics, experimental and behavioral, and public policy. In addition to fulfilling my dissertation, research and teaching requirements, I participated in various student activities at my University. I am an active member of the Campus Advisory board and the Vegan/Vegetarian Advisory board at Tulane. I am also the founding President of the first graduate student diversity organization on campus and have been advocating for the need for such groups actively. I also volunteer at the local zoo and aquarium as a naturalist, and the English as a Second Language (ESL) program as an instructor.
